At MEXE, different insoles serve different purposes. MEXE Yuma – The Everyday Footbed and MEXE Colter – The Cozy Footbed share the same structural foundation, designed to provide support, stability, and all-day comfort.
MEXE Sitka – The Barefoot Insole takes a different approach — minimal, flexible, and designed to preserve natural foot movement with as little interference as possible.
Same goal: better comfort. Different ways to get there.
Will MEXE work for my foot type?

All MEXE insoles are designed to naturally adapt to each person’s foot over time, providing a personalized feel through use.
This applies across the range — including our barefoot option, even though its concept is completely different. It doesn’t shape the foot, but it still adjusts and moves with it.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes.

How often should you wear them?

If you're new to insoles, especially MEXE Sitka – The Barefoot Insole, start gradually and increase usage over time.
How long until they feel natural?
Usually just a few days.
MEXE Yuma – The Everyday Footbed and MEXE Colter – The Cozy Footbed are designed for immediate comfort.
MEXE Sitka – The Barefoot Insole may take a bit longer, as your feet adapt to a more natural movement pattern.
One pair, multiple shoes?
You can.
For the best experience, using them regularly in the same pair is recommended.
How long will they hold up?

With regular use, they are designed to last around the lifespan of your shoes.
High-impact or intensive use may shorten that lifespan.
Can they handle running?
Yes.

Do they need trimming?
Usually not.
They’re designed to fit straight out of the box.
If needed, you can trim slightly for a more precise fit.
What shoes work best?
Most closed shoes.
They fit well in sneakers, boots, and everyday footwear.
Make sure there’s enough space or that the original insole can be removed.
Standard or wide fit?
Standard — designed to fit most.
The shape works across a wide range of footwear without leaning too narrow or wide.
What if they don’t fit your shoes?
Check the space first.
Remove the original insole and try again.
If needed, trim slightly.
If it still doesn’t work, the shoe may not have enough volume.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
How much does shipping cost?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns are on us when you keep at least one item or opt for store credit. A €6 restocking fee applies to all other returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.
Returns for a refund or site credit only.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed.
